Google Difficult To Understand!
I am weird with the way Google algorithm is because of the tracking that I have been doing on a website called Easymed.us that has almost everything that is needed for the search engines to crawl. Needless to say that I have found that though there is google sitemap.xml for this Medical Billing website and also robots.txt file and the code is followed by the standard design required.
Medical Billing site may not be the reason why Google has'nt crawled it yet but the reason might be something else. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Content Enhancement: Content is one of the most important aspects of search engine optimization, and considerations I shall include are:
Keywords used in headings - H1, H2 and so on.
- Paragraphs or sentences used to describe various sections or services
- Ensuring high-value keywords are used frequently
- Placing keywords within hyperlinks
- Creating themed pages or sections dedicated to particular topics and
- Integrating more targeted keywords in the title tags, meta tags and alt tag
